the location is pretty good for getting around. free parking made things easy. breakfast was great.. lots of different options to choose from.
the carpets had stains all over. the hallways and downstairs didn't look like they had been vacuumed. the room wasn't that great, especially for the price i paid, ..

the location proved convenient for visiting friends in the area. free parking was available.
The bathrooms were not cleaned properly. I found hair on the toilet floor. dust covered the glass surfaces, not pleasant.

solid stay!

free parking lot generous breakfast
The check-in process was quick and efficient. a large, free parking lot is available ! the location allows easy and fast access to the city centre. the breakfast was generous and varied. Items were replenished quickly.
the pillows were poor and uncomfortable! i was advised that there were to be 2 hard and 2 soft, but i found that none had held their shape, leading to neck pain and a less than restful sleep.

the room was spacious and clean. it included a large tv with a good selection of channels! basic amenities were present, and the room temperature was easy to adjust.

The reception staff was lovely and helpful. they were patient with all inquiries and provided clear directions to the room. staff stored bags when we arrived early and after we checked out. Receipts were given.

The hotel is located conveniently near the coop live stadium, only 3 miles away and easily accessible by uber. there are great walks around the waterside. This makes the location excellent with dogs.

limited selection outside noise
The room was quite noisy. i could hear a lot of outside noise and noise from other rooms. It made it hard to relax. the breakfast selection was limited, and some items were not very fresh. i would have liked a better variety of food.

mixed feelings on this stay

poor soundproofing subpar shower
the room lacked proper soundproofing. noise from adjacent rooms and the parking area disturbed my sleep. the shower was subpar and the bedding was mediocre. i expected better for the price.

solid stay with good breakfast

comfortable bed onsite parking
the staff was courteous and professional. the breakfast included well-cooked items and a variety of options. the beds were comfortable, and the shower offered nice creme soap. there was also sufficient onsite parking available, though payment was required.
i found the pillows quite lumpy and uncomfortable. there was also a small gap around the window, about 2cm, preventing it from closing tightly. wind howled through this gap because of the storm, causing the curtains to move a bit.
